To comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, richphil collects copies of government-issued identity documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or PRC card), proof of address, and any additional documents required by applicable law.

2.3 Financial Data. richphil collects information about your deposits and withdrawals, including GCash account details, PayMaya account details, bank account details (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso, and transaction history.

2.4 Gaming Data. We collect records of your gaming activity on the richphil Platform, including games played, bets placed, wins and losses, session durations, and bonus usage.

2.5 Technical Data. richphil automatically collects technical data when you access the Platform, including your IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers, and connection data.

While richphil takes reasonable precautions to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. If richphil becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered on richphil, please contact our support team immediately.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Certain richphil service providers and game content partners may be located outside the Philippines.
